The Raw Cane Caesar salad dressing

I LOVE Caesar salad. It was always the meal I ordered at pubs, it was a meal I constantly recreated and I evolved every single time! Yet, I never made my own Caesar salad dressing until I went cruelty free... Silly I know! But..! I've now mastered the perfect Caesar salad dressing that's easy to make, keeps for a week in the fridge, and is very very tasty! My favourite way to eat it is with chopped kale, some chopped cos, a quarter cup of chick peas and home made croutons.. 👅 It's a dressing that's so easy to eat, summer, winter and in between... heres the recipe, I hope you love it as much as me 😆

 

Caesar salad dressing

1/2C raw cashews

1T Dijon mustard

1/2C The Raw Cane sugarcane juice

1 garlic clove

Juice of 1/2 lemon, or to taste 

Salt & Pepper to taste 

Optional: 2t capers 

 

Method:

Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend on high speed until creamy, and no lumps. Add water to thin. 

This will keep in the fridge for a week :)
